Happy new year to all our friends.2010 is going to be a wonderful year.Christmas was awsome fun at the Wilsons.We had our entire family here to celabrate the birth of Baby Jesus.Our two grandsons age 2 and 4 are so full of energy,that when they left after several days,Dickie and I collasped in front of the fireplace.I found that the little people only have 2 speeds,asleep or wide open.
Another highlight of Christmas was having the honor of speaking to the Rescue Mission for their annual Christmas party.The topic of my talk was “Significant emotional events”.We all have them!Which is good,because they can serve as learning moments in our life.An example from my life was my cancer diagonses.This event gave me the opportunity to reflect on what God had or has in store fo me until I go to be with him in Heaven.As most of you know one event that took place in my life was the creation of “Christians with Cancer”our internet ministry that currently reaches around 1200 people each month.In 2010 our goal is to expand this ministry even more.
As far as my health is concerned,I feel pretty good most of the time and still work each day.The only chalange I face is the cold weather,as it plays havock on my tumors and bones.However this Jan. is much better than last year when I was in the hospital.
