God bless the USA
We all know we live in the greatest country the world has ever known. We were founded on Christian principles and it has worked for many years.
During this 4th of July week we may want to keep all those people who are responsible for keeping us safe, namely our brave men and women in uniform, in our thoughts and prayers.
HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY!!
Hals good news!My oldest daughter,Mary who lives in Knoxville with her hubby Anthony and little Harry [2 years old], has given birth this past Wed morning to grand son #2.The little guy weighed in at 6lbs 7oz.The name selected for the new arrival is Hayden Alexander. Everyone is doing great. It’s pretty neat having another Harley rider in the family.Fortunately there were still some Harley baby clothes left over from baby Harry.
Hals health:I am still kicking. The last scans didn’t show any additional cancer growth, however my back is still hurting a bunch. They radiated a tumor a couple of weeks ago for 10 sessions. It felt better for awhile but then the pain came back.I am now treating myself thorough exercise which includes wood working and riding my Harley.[Dickie and I got in 150 miles on saturday]
In closing please keep 2 friends of mine from Gildas in your daily prayers.Linda and Dana.
In closing let me say thanks to all my friends for their thoughts and prayers.
God Bless.Hal

Hal,
Congratulations! I know you’re proud of another grandson.
That sounds like the best exercise plan yet. I think I may need to help you with that some weekend.

Congradulations-first on the new baby, then on riding so dang far on your bike. I never knew Harleys were considered a form of exercise. All is well in my corner of the world. Happy 4th-my flag’s a flying.
Blessings and Peace.

Hal, I have two nieces and many friends in the services. Both have been to Iraq and Afganistan. I know they appreciate knowing that we are thinking of them and letting them know we appreicate what they are doing. Congratulations on the grandson and I hope you start feeling better.
